Here the Health & Welfare tab view has been selected and is showing on the right screen panel.
The member’s primary information on the left remains in plain view, and is not changed or obscured.
When there are multiple types of information for a tab-based view, it is grouped logically and displayed in grids.
The top grid in this view contains the health and welfare benefit plans that have been selected for the member over time. Any entry in this grid may be selected for further information.
The middle grid shows information about each benefit period, including eligibility, associated premiums, balances, etc.
The grid on the bottom shows transactions for the currently selected benefit period above. Selecting a different record in any grid will cause corresponding changes in all grids below it. Therefore the context of each grid's information is found by looking at the grids above it. This makes data easy to understand and easy to find.
