Just a Brief History

MTSS was developed in 1991 to track and administer membership and membership benefits. Reporting on information such as dues, benefits payments, benefits eligibility, payment shortages and member and benefit statistics were all in view from the start. 

Considerable effort was spent surveying the information requirements and the operating procedures for membership as well as benefit program entities such as Health and Welfare and Legal Services.

One by one, every module was thoroughly tested by the various users with an eye to user friendliness and to ensure it was providing the desired information.

All of the modules were put together and the system went live. It was apparent from the start that the users were totally at home with MTSS. It ran smoothly, fit their purposes and needs to a 'T' - and it was fast !  It was also easy to maintain, and the multi-user access features made it so nobody had to wait. Data had never been so fast or easily retrieved at the desktop.

Over the course of many years the MTSS feature set has been continually added to and enhanced. Some changes were required by mandates, such as HIPAA. Others were developed at the request of users. Still others were due to the discovery of new needs. In every way, our aim has been that MTSS will not only continue to improve, but excel !
